Job descriptionUtilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care / services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses. Currently licensed as an RN or LPN / LVN in the state in which the RN / LPN / LVN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card.
JOB DESCRIPTION Maxim Healthcare in Lombard is hiring LPNs to work with Pediatric and / or Adult patients in their own homes for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities.
