Role Summary :
The Operations Specialist will play a key role in driving operational performance and scaling strategic initiatives that enable efficient, high-quality service delivery. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this individual will manage cross-functional projects, implement process improvements, and provide data-driven insights to strengthen areas such as member support, vendor engagement, and internal team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Licensure & Compliance Support
- Own and maintain provider licensure processes; prior licensure experience not required, training provided.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met and documentation is kept accurate and up to date.
Operational Processes
Support the design and execution of operational programs that improve workflows and service delivery.Track key metrics and provide reporting to leadership.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with clinical, support, and internal teams to align on deliverables and resolve issues.Create feedback loops to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.Process & Project Support
Assist with process improvements and scalability initiatives.Document workflows and help build scalable systems as the company grows.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).3+ years of experience in program or operations management with proven success in leading projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving measurable outcomes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing across teams.Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or healthcare environment a plus.
