What You'll Do

Support the planning and execution of marketing and sales strategies alongside the Brand Coordinator team.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience guided by our "customer comes first" approach.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, clients, and teammates.

Uphold brand standards and build customer awareness and loyalty.

Track campaign performance, analyze results, and report insights to management.

Participate in all required training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop skills.

What We're Looking For

Associate's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required).

1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not required — we provide full training).

Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
