About this role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our North America team and collaborate closely with our global Cloud Engineer. You’ll take ownership of our day-to-day operations, cloud environments, and automation initiatives to ensure high availability and performance across our platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Cloud Infrastructure Management : Maintain and optimize AWS and GCP resources, ensuring cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Kubernetes & CI / CD : Manage Kubernetes clusters and CI / CD pipelines to deliver highly available and stable deployments.
• Monitoring & Logging : Maintain monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch, Zabbix), ensuring effective alerting and proactive issue resolution.
• Database & Middleware Operations : Administer MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB; maintain and optimize middleware systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Nginx.
• Automation & Tooling : Develop and improve automation scripts and internal tools using Python, Go, or Shell to streamline operations and deployments.
• Security & Compliance : Support infrastructure compliance efforts (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.), enforce least-privilege access, perform audits, and maintain secure network policies.
