Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associate degree considered with relevant experience

1 year of travel experience for travel positions, not required for per diem positions

Experience in acute inpatient psychiatry

Ability to manage patient care effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to evidence-based practice

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
