Skills and Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years HVAC experience
• Must have valid CA driver's license & be insurable
• Ability to communicate strongly and efficiently
• Experience preferred in managing a team of staff
• Ability to focus on quality
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proficient technology skills (tablets, smart phones, ect.)
