Position : Server

This is a position for someone who values  team success over personal ego , and who understands that  flexibility, communication, and consistency  are what great service is built on.

You may work as a Server or Bartender roles on a rotating basis, based on experience and depending on the needs of the evening, bartending one night, running a dining room section the next while supporting your teammates and the guest experience without missing a beat.

• Serve our community at the highest level in a fine dining environment
• Deliver emotionally intelligent, high-touch service at tables and the bar
• Upsell with subtlety and care — not pressure
• Help maintain pristine mise en place
• Lead by example in teamwork, timing, polish, and guest focus
