We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Field Supervisor with skills in multiple trades.

Definition : A Leader in charge of the operation with the abilities of an individual who practices a trade; skilled in a craft. Skilled in planning, making, or executing an occupation, trade or activity requiring artistic skill. To make or produce with care, skill, and ingenuity and willingness to teach, mentor, motivate or discipline others to help them grow to their potential. They can hire, train new, intermediate, and tenured employees and evaluate each person as they develop them to work as a TEAM for the betterment of the business.

Objective

To lead, mentor, and support a team of skilled craftsmen while ensuring every project meets Ace Handyman Services high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Field Supervisor serves as the link between the office and field operationsdriving efficiency, professionalism, and consistency across all job sites while upholding the trusted Ace brand in the Westside Cincinnati community.
