Patient Access Specialist

We’re looking for an Onsite - Patient Access Specialist for our client. If you have 2 - 5 years of experience in Customer service, Data Entry or Med Billing than this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, including creating accounts and cases.
  • Provide customer service support for overflow from other teams.
  • Update account information based on inputs from medical billers.
  • Work with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to manage and track data.
  • Handle high-pressure, time-sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service (preferred).
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and keyboarding.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions using excellent judgment.
  • Experience working with people in high-pressure environments (phone or face-to-face).
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • A dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of patient challenges related to medical conditions.

    📍 Location : Orlando, FL - Onsite

    💵 Pay : $19 - $21 / hr
