Job Description :

As a Safety Specialist - Nuclear, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of nuclear energy facilities in the United States. You will work closely with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and protect the environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct safety inspections and audits at nuclear energy facilities

Develop and implement safety training programs for employees

Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences

Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices

Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in nuclear safety or related field

Knowledge of nuclear energy regulations and standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
