HVAC Duct Installer and Mechanic positions are available immediately. Candidates must have 1+ years of ductwork installation experience. New construction and retrofit.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Install Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Install Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, air conditioning and heating systems for our residential and commercial clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' comfort by providing high-quality HVAC installations and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct on-site assessments to determine the appropriate HVAC system requirements for each project.

2. Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handlers, condensers, and thermostats, following established guidelines and best practices.

3. Inspect and test HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.

4. Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of installations.

5. Adhere to safety guidelines and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

6. Stay updated with the latest HVAC industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

10. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians when necessary.

Qualifications :

1. High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or relevant technical training is preferred.

2. Proven experience as an HVAC Install Technician or a similar role.

3. Proficiency in installing a wide range of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, central air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation systems.

4. Strong understanding of HVAC components, electrical systems, and refrigeration principles.

5. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities with a keen attention to detail.

6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications.

7. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as required.

8. Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to all relevant regulations and codes.
