Located just a short walk from the Metro (Gallery Pl / Chinatown) and Capital One Arena, our 12,000 square foot restaurant will be our first venture in the U.S. certainly not our last.

Currently, Cranes is looking for a Bartender with the following requirements and responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, including classic and innovative creations.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the restaurant's menu and pair cocktails with dishes to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Ensure the bar area is well-stocked with quality spirits, liqueurs, and garnishes.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests at the bar, providing attentive and personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to source unique ingredients and flavors for cocktail specials.
• Take orders and process payments accurately.
• Engage with guests, answer questions about beverages, and make recommendations.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders or barbacks.
