Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process and manage order entries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Document customer interactions and ensure records are updated accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork and adaptability.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in order entry and handling customer inquiries.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with inbound and outbound call handling.
- Familiarity with using customer service systems and software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
