JOB PURPOSE

The Human Resource Generalist role will serve by providing hands-on support to one or more sites. HRG will act as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders within assigned sites, focusing on employee relations, culture & engagement, coaching & manager development, as well as training. The HRG will partner closely with site leadership to drive a positive workplace culture, ensure consistency in HR policies, and provide guidance on employee-related matters. Workforce planning and talent retention will also be key functions of this role.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions :

• Employee Relations : Act as the primary resource for handling employee relations matters, conducting investigations, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Administrative Support

Managing onboarding of new hires, creating / entering paperwork in HRIS system, managing employee records, filing, coordinating meetings, and providing general support to the HR department.

Physical Demands : Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

Work Location : Precision Aviation Group – onsite

Travel : This role requires occasional day and overnight travel to site locations. (15% or less of the time)

Education / Training : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required or commensurate additional years of experience.
