• We’re hiring a Production Technician who will play a key role in preparing our medical cannabis products for patients.
• This role requires precision, compliance, and teamwork to ensure every package is consistent, accurate, and ready for sale.

• What You’ll Do Weigh, label, and package cannabis products accurately using metric and standard measurement systems.
• Operate and maintain weighing, sealing, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Verify product counts and weights against batch records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Support quality control by inspecting products and packaging for consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
• Keep detailed and accurate logs, batch records, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Restock packaging materials and prepare workstations to ensure continuous workflow.
• Assist with inventory tracking and product movement as required.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.   What You’ll Bring 1+ year of experience in production, packaging, food processing, or a regulated industry.
• Previous experience working with cannabis products or industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
• Comfort working with weights, measures, and basic math skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Comfort working in a production environment with exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and packaging equipment.
