About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse, Medicine

Experience : Telemetry and medical-surgical unit experience required.

License : Valid RN license required.

Certifications : IV skills required.

Must-Have : Experience with cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, and substance abuse patient populations.

Description :

The position is for a Registered Nurse in a medical unit.

This role involves working 36 hours per week with every other weekend required.

The patient population includes individuals with medical diagnoses, including underlying psychiatric disorders.

The unit comprises 38 beds.

The registered nurse to patient ratio is 1 : 5 during the day and 1 : 6 at night on weekends.

The patient care technician to patient ratio is 1 : 10.

Ideal candidates will have strong telemetry skills.

This position may involve holiday shifts as needed.
