This person should have an in-depth knowledge of the specific job function. This person will be innovative, multi-skilled with exceptional communication skills, attention to details and provide administrative support as needed.

Job Description

Job Description :

  • Process high volume of commissions on a weekly basis and follow-up with carriers on any errors in payment until resolution
  • Understand multiple compensation structures and upline agreements to ensure agents are paid correctly
  • Process carrier contracts, terminations, and appointments for advisors across the Life, Annuity, and Medicare spaces, often with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Foster a proactive mindset for problem solving and customer service to provide excellent customer experience
  • Assist In-House Broker Managers with contracting needs and questions for their advisors
  • Assist with Contracting / Commissions projects as needed

  • Qualifications

  • Insurance experience not required but it is a plus
  • Contracting and / or Commissions experience- not required but is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook / Access)
  • Customer Service experience- not required but it is a plus
  • High School degree
