• Description : Seeking Neonatologists for our Wichita Kansas Practice Level III NICU - 60 beds24 Hour Inhouse CoverageCover all Services except ECMO and Heart SurgeryTeam is supported by Residents and Nurse PractitionersSeeking per diem provider who can offer 4-5 shifts per monthRate structure : - Orientation Hours 50 of standard rate-Hourly - OT over 40 hours / week Extra-Time standard rate- Holidays 1.25x- Perm rates 25K MD / DO max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked see Rules of Engagement for breakdown
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)

Certification Requirements : Board Certified
