Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, Higher Education, or a related field
Minimum of three years managing grievance procedures and resolving employee complaints
At least two years of supervisory experience overseeing professional staff
Experience in talent acquisition and hiring processes within a unionized environment
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements
