A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Lead employee and labor relations activities, including grievance management and conflict resolution

Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with hiring guidelines and implementing best practices

Collaborate on professional development initiatives to enhance workplace relationships and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, Higher Education, or a related field

Minimum of three years managing grievance procedures and resolving employee complaints

At least two years of supervisory experience overseeing professional staff

Experience in talent acquisition and hiring processes within a unionized environment

Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements
