As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the frontline expert for all client communications, from routine service questions to specialized treatment inquiries. The Client Support Specialist's comprehensive knowledge of pest control methodologies enables you to provide solutions that build client confidence in our services.

Role Requirements for a Client Support Specialist

Cultivate customer relationships in person, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand pest control services.

Support sales teams by coordinating tailored treatment solutions, preparing campaign materials, and addressing client needs through seamless collaboration.

Drive account growth by recommending the full range of pest control plans aligned with client usage patterns and property requirements.

Monitor account activity by documenting interactions in CRM systems, analyzing performance data, and reporting client trends to strengthen retention strategies.

Resolve service challenges by clarifying treatment features, troubleshooting scheduling or service concerns, and escalating complex cases for timely resolution.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns, maintain consistent messaging, and deliver seamless client experiences across pest control services.
