Job description

Support staff : Nursing and admin. MD is there on Fridays.

Coverage Type : Clinic coverage 3 days / week

Schedule Details : Wed-Fri 8a-5p

Work Details : Follow-up, med management and additional treatment plans. The onsite physician will provide ongoing training and support on the latest methods for diagnosing and treating both chronic and acute pain.

Facility Type : clinic in hospital

EMR / Charting Software : EPIC

Vaccines Mandatory? : Yes

Avg. Daily Census : approx 20 patients per day

Patient Age Group : adults

Procedures : Pain medicine interventions including injections and neuromodulation

Requirements : BLS and ACLS

Board Certifications Req d / Preferred : Yes, Board Cert Req'd

State License(s) : North Carolina

DEA Req d? : Yes

Years of Experience Req d : 2 years in Pain Management Req'd

Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days

Procedures
