Overview
Performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the division.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring phone calls are directed to the appropriate person/department.
- Greet, assist, and direct all customers and visitors.
- General administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and mail distribution, etc.
- Process freight and scrap payment check and ACH transactions
- Complete special projects as needed.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
- Maintain accounts payable files.
- Assist in monthly closings.
- All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Must have the ability to communicate well with various levels of management and other departments.
- Ability to develop working relationship with internal and external customers and different levels of management.
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to cross-train.
- Work well independently or in a team setting
Preferred
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a related position
