Enrollment Counselor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor - Global Online Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Guide prospective adult students through the admissions process using counseling and sales techniques

Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals through effective communication and relationship building

Collaborate with team members to maintain effective working relationships and meet departmental goals

Required Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in admissions, sales, public relations, or related fields

Ability to work from 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM Mountain Time, including a Saturday shift on a rotation

Demonstrated ability to achieve enrollment goals using proven techniques

Experience with Microsoft Office and admissions software preferred

Commitment to the mission and values of the organization, including active involvement in a local evangelical church
