What does a Senior Billing Analyst do at Fiserv?

As a Senior Billing Analyst within Fiserv's Finance Shared Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely client billing. You will serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging your analytical skills to manage complex billing processes, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact the revenue cycle and client satisfaction by ensuring billing accuracy and operational efficiency.

What you will do :

• Analyze client data and billing history to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, validate, and post billing feeds and invoices.
• Identify, investigate, and correct billing discrepancies prior to client invoicing.
• Manage billing setup for new clients and renewals, including data conversion and validation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing processes, tools, and documentation
