Job descriptionBSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo's preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity. Works in an entry-level position providing basic patient care under nursing supervision. Assists patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs. Observed patients' progress to prepare and disseminate reports to Registered nurses. Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests. Must have completed some high school education. Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalency.
Completion of High School PCT competencies.
Certification as a PCT (Certified Care Technician) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant).
