Job Description :

A Server is responsible for delivering & serving food and / or beverage items in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. The person in this position must be able to roll their sleeves up and assist our teams when needed, living our “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy. This person must also provide innovative ways that align with our mission to be the best, most respected hotel company in America.

• Complete all required training
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property specific brand standards
• Perform any other duties as requested by management to aid in better operation of the hotel and service to the guests
• Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest and associate
• Set banquet tables to meet the event specifications
• Serve food and beverage to banquet clientele in a quiet, friendly, and courteous manner
• Remove dinnerware from tables at the end of the meal period quietly and deliver dirty dinnerware to kitchen area
• Requires pushing large-wheeled tables
• Carry items up to 35-40lbs
