Job description

Join our team of exceptional HVAC professionals and take your career to new heights! We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Technicians to provide top-quality service to our residential and commercial customers in the Volusia / Flagler areas. If you have the required certifications and experience, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause and provide effective solutions.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to provide outstanding customer service.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a drug-free workplace environment.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including service tickets and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on proper HVAC system maintenance.

Qualifications :

HVAC certification from an accredited school or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Valid EPA card and Florida driver's license.

Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Must be able to commute to Ormond Beach, FL.

Pay range : $20-$28 (depending on experience)
