Job Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Description : We are hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support patient care across our Irvine, CA locations. The LVN will assist with daily patient needs, administer medications under supervision, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide basic nursing care and monitor patient conditions

Administer oral medications and injections

Assist RNs and providers during exams and procedures

Document patient information in the EHR

Support wound care and dressing changes

Maintain clean and organized patient areas

Report patient changes promptly to supervising staff

Requirements :

Active California LVN License

BLS certification

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in clinic or long-term care preferred
