Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AutoCAD Technician located in Bedford, OH. The AutoCAD Technician will be responsible for producing electrical and / or mechanical drawings, creating and reviewing customer drawings, performing computer-aided design (CAD) tasks. The technician will work closely with the engineering team to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications, maintain drawing configurations, and provide as-built drawings for all projects. Daily tasks include updating and maintaining CAD drawings for multiple jobs and communicating effectively with team members to facilitate project completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing, CAD Services, and Drawing
• Proficient in understanding the AutoCAD software with electrical and mechanical applications
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Bedford, OH
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with industry standards and practices
• Experience with automation systems and industrial equipment is beneficial
