Job Title : Manufacturing QA Technician I

Location : Clackamas, OR, 97015

Position Type : Contract (Onsite)

Number of Positions : 1

Work Timing : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (Training Schedule)

Training Schedule :

Week 1 : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday

Week 2 : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday

Work Schedule (Post-Training) : 3rd Shift : Sunday through Thursday, 9 : 00 PM - 5 : 30 AM

Position Summary

As a Quality Assurance Technician at our milk plant, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Duties include conducting inspections of raw materials, monitoring production processes, and performing various tests to verify compliance with quality standards. You will also document findings, report issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for delivering top-quality milk products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished milk products.

Perform regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Monitor and document equipment calibration and maintenance.

Collaborate with production teams to address any quality-related issues promptly.

Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed.

Record and analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.

Support the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

We believe the successful candidate has the following qualifications and experience :

High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant certifications are a plus).

1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role in food production (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Flexibility to work the specified shift and occasional weekends if required.
