• 15 patients per day average
• 99% outpatient with rare inpatient consults
• Support from 1-2 APPs
• 26% hematology, 74% oncology case mix
• No nights, weekends, ICU procedures, or ER backup required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
