Landman
Analyze, interpret, negotiate, acquire, and prepare :
Examine and cure requirements set forth in drilling and division order title opinions. Supervise lease brokers and manage prospect lease acquisitions and associated expenditures.
Job Requirements :
Landman with 7+ years of in-house oil and gas industry experience, preferably including work in the Appalachia Basin. Experience in drafting a wide range of agreements, including Operating Agreements (O / A), Farmin (F / I), and Farmout (F / O) Agreements. Proven ability to supervise brokers, acquire leases, and cure title issues. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects in a team environment. Bachelor's degree required; Petroleum Land Management (PLM) degree preferred.
