• Our philosophy of person-centered care impacts everything we do Competitive Pay :   $15.00-$16.00 / hr  Schedule : Monday-Friday, 20 hours a week, 4 hours each day, 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm Supportive Team :   We believe in the importance of personal and professional growth Quick Hiring :   Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do :   Be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors—greeting everyone with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations Handle documentation and coordinate communication between departments Help maintain a positive and organized front office environment What You'll Need :   Must be at least 16 years old  Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative or front desk roles Proficiency with standard office systems and technology A friendly, cheerful, and professional demeanor—especially when handling reception responsibilities (Fax machine, multi-line phone system) To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
