Fait Distribution, a trusted name in optical supply and contact lens distribution, is looking for a passionate, people-first Territory Sales Manager to support and grow our business in St Louis, MO.

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Fait Distribution in your region. Using a consultative approach, you’ll partner with eye care practices and retailers to deliver personalized solutions from our digital optical lab, optical lens portfolio, and nationwide contact lens distribution services. This is a field-based sales position where you will be visiting offices throughout your territory on a daily basis.

In this role, you will :

  • Build meaningful connections with optometrists and practice staff
  • Prospect and cold call within a defined territory to grow your account base
  • Schedule appointments and deliver impactful presentations
  • Understand each account’s unique needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Drive growth by introducing new products and services
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and reps to identify new opportunities
  • Serve as an advisor—supporting practices with integrity and expertise

  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year of successful B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of managing a territory and closing deals
  • Experience in the optical or medical device industry is a plus
