Job Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, negotiating with regional center, vendors, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
• The mission and the goals of the organization
• Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind
• Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures
• Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT department
• Pay and record invoices
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required, some college preferred
• Minimum of one to three years experience in the field of human services or
• Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
• Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
• Provide for the care and safety of persons without physical or verbal abuse, exploitation, or prejudice
• CPR First Aid Certified
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
