The opportunity
As the Associate Dean of Academic Strategy Management, you are a full-time member of university staff and implements strategies to support cross-team projects with respective partners across our online Global Campus (GC). You will implement plans and project work through collaboration of operational-level work projects. You will provide subject matter expertise for overall product health and process effectiveness within academic portfolio management. You'll report to the Executive Director of Academic Strategy Management.
You may lead a team of faculty and support staff for the successful achievement of established goals.
What you'll do : Academic Operations
Assure the achievement of institutional and programmatic benchmarks and performance indicators with analytical support and discipline.
Use systematic application of data-informed decision-making.
Cross-functional Engagement
Create an environment that promotes connection, community, and collaboration.
Prioritize support of a culture of responsiveness, empowerment, and reliable service level agreements (SLAs).
Academic Program Infrastructure
Coordinate regulatory compliance, accreditation reporting, and governance protocols.
Use data-driven decision-making processes related to institutional effectiveness.
Strategic Implementation Optimization & Innovation
Support improvements in processes to increase automation, improve data and reporting, ability to grow, reduce cost, and better support collaboration between partners.
Use frameworks for technology adoption in academic operations, including AI, analytics, and automation.
What we're looking for :
Years of experience : At least 2 years of progressive experience working in higher education administration.
A master's degree from a regionally accredited higher education institution.
Broad knowledge of a wide range of functional areas within higher education institutions.
Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional initiatives within higher education or similar complex environments.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $85,563.00 - $136,928.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $94,548.00 - $127,918.00.
