Job descriptionMust have some basic knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning chemicals, and how to operate some equipment used in cleaning. Also, must be physically able to lift 25-50 pounds and squat, stoop or bend as required for cleaning.
Housekeeping Position
The selected candidate will perform the following duties :
- Performs any combination of duties to maintain order, sanitation, and cleanliness in facilities
- Maintains supplies as needed.
- Cleans and straightens assigned areas.
- Collect, sorts, launders, transports, and distributes linens and uniforms.
- Observes required safety precautions in disposing of contaminated refuse.
- Operates hand tools
