Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst I who will be responsible for preparing monthly network payments and accruals. This role is responsible for reconciling payments and accruals while also providing financial analysis, reporting, and general support for the Accounting department.

The ideal candidate is able to manage time and workload independently.

Key Accountabilities :

• Runs a variety of financial data, maintaining and updating financial models and plans.
• Reviews invoicing to ensure documentation meets requirements : either rejects for unacceptable use of rate codes and therefore doesn't meet threshold to invoice for services, or rejects for more information, or accepts invoicing and process payment request.
• Acts as liaison between permitting, survey & design departments in the construction of residential and commercial locations.
• Maintains and assists in designing financial reports.
• Provides trend reporting and other analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
• Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks, as required.
• Coordinates changes to existing reports or required submissions for new reports across departments.
• Supports Finance department and Financial Analysts team which may include duties such as : data entry, distributing reports, and responding to other initial departmental requests.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
