Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and maintain data with precision. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our databases.

Key Responsibilities :

Enter data into company systems, spreadsheets, or databases accurately and efficiently.

Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies or errors.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Organize and file digital documents systematically.

Support data cleansing and routine audits to ensure data quality.

Generate reports from the entered data as needed.

Follow established procedures to uphold data integrity and consistency.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM recommended).

Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and data management tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
