Altus Engineering is seeking an Electrical (C4ISR) Systems Engineer with experience in ground vehicle platforms to support Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives.

Responsibilities

• The candidate shall provide engineering analysis including electrical and C4ISR systems integration and cybersecurity, requirements analysis, vehicle performance predictions, test planning / execution, and reporting.
• Support systems engineering analyses and Technical Reviews, participate in design reviews for system-level and subsystem-level designs, and support Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Support the integration of hardware onto platforms and the execution of tests; review test plans and reports; and formulate recommendations related to issues arising during integration and testing of ECPs.
• Prepare, deliver, and update engineering documentation in accordance with DoDI / SECNAVINST and other applicable command policies.
• Support the development of Systems Engineering artifacts and briefs as assigned, such as Systems Engineering Plans (SEPs), Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Field User Evaluation (FUE) plans, and other relevant engineering documents.
• Participate in, and support system engineering and C4ISR tasks required for Developmental Testing (DT), Operational Testing (OT), and Live Fire Test & Evaluation (LFT&E) activities.
• Shall provide support in the drafting, revising, and collaboration for development of engineering acquisition documents (e.g., strategies, plans, technical summaries / memorandums) per Government policy.
