Job descriptionLead, mentor, and oversee multiple Project Managers across various construction sites. Serve as a polished, client-facing representative of the company at all times. Maintain strong communication and alignment with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership. Travel as needed to job sites in NY, NJ, and periodically DC (not mandatory). Recruit and help identify additional Superintendents and PMs through personal industry networks. Operate independently after six months, managing projects and teams with minimal oversight. Collaborate with building owners, housing authorities, tenant representatives, and property managers. Manage tenant relations and navigate sensitive on-site situations with professionalism. Oversee project execution, schedule performance, quality, and client communication. Support organizational leadership with operational updates and field insights. Represent company interests during client meetings, site visits, and project reviews. Ensure team alignment with safety standards, compliance requirements, and project expectations. 10–15+ years of construction experience, including Senior PM or PX-level responsibilities. Proven track record leading major multifamily rehab, gut renovation, or occupied renovation projects (affordable housing experience strongly preferred). Will also consider backgrounds in commercial occupied spaces or multifamily ground-up. Demonstrated tenure and stability with previous employers. Strong client-facing presence and polished communication skills. Ability to manage multiple PMs and complex, multi-site project portfolios. Skilled in handling tenant relations and sensitive field situations. Degree not required. Base Salary : $210,000 – $260,000 Bonus : 20–25% of base salary, typically awarded around the holidays Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Travel Reimbursement Initial Screening Call with Jesse – reviewed by Mike Levine & Mike Moroz Follow-Up Interview via Teams or in-person Final Interview with Brad Coleman Timeline : Interviews begin second week of November, with target offer by mid-December Newly created role – currently no PXs at the company. Based out of the Ramsey, NJ office (standard hours 9 AM – 5 PM). Position is not focused on business development or sales.

Overview
A growing construction firm is seeking a polished, highly experienced Project Executive to oversee multiple project managers and drive successful delivery across major multifamily, rehab, and occupied renovation projects. This is a newly created leadership role responsible for managing project performance, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across diverse job sites.
The PX will serve as a trusted partner to ownership and senior leadership, representing the firm in the field and with clients such as building owners, housing authorities, and property management teams. This role requires a proven construction leader with deep multifamily or commercial project experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently within six months.
