What You'll Do :

✓ Deliver patient-centered nursing care while providing education and support to patients and their families.✓ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, providers, and support staff to develop and implement personalized care plans.✓ Utilize advanced electronic documentation systems to monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions accurately.✓ Play a vital role in discharge planning , ensuring patients receive the necessary resources for a smooth transition.✓ Foster a diverse and inclusive environment , ensuring a respectful and supportive space for patients and colleagues alike.

What You'll Bring :

Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred) License & Certification :

• Current RN license in Virginia or a Multistate Compact License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA Experience : 1+ year of Med-Surg RN experience in an acute care hospital is required
