A company is looking for a Director of Data Orchestration and Optimization to lead data orchestration and sales campaign development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for data orchestration, routing, enrichment, and deduplication to support sales and marketing efforts
Monitor inbound leads from marketing within the Salesforce ecosystem to identify potential issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales campaign strategies aligned with revenue goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, sales, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an operations team of analysts or marketing professionals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Equifax, etc
