Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement a Contact Center solution using Salesforce Omnichannel for Case Routing, integrated with AWS Connect for voice call routing at our Santa Clara headquarters and Bangalore Tech Park offices. This role involves working on cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer support capabilities. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration and deployment of these technologies to optimize our contact center operations.

Industry Experience : Prior experience in Contact Center technology implementations, particularly using Salesforce Omnichannel and AWS Connect, is highly desirable. Knowledge of structured software development and deployment practices is a must.
