A school-based support program is seeking a Substitute CPI Paraprofessional for flexible, short-term assignments assisting students with behavioral or developmental needs. The role focuses on promoting student safety, growth, and engagement through consistent, compassionate support.
Responsibilities / Duties :
Implement CPI strategies to support students exhibiting behavioral challenges
Provide instructional reinforcement, assistance with assignments, and individualized guidance
Assist in maintaining classroom safety, structure, and positive behavioral supports
Collect and record behavior and participation data accurately
Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and grade levels as needed
Qualifications / Desired Experience :
Valid CPI certification or willingness to complete CPI training prior to assignment
Experience in behavioral intervention, paraprofessional work, or classroom support
Excellent observation, communication, and documentation skills
Flexible and reliable for substitute or day-to-day assignments

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $48.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
