Ramp Service Agents

Ramp Service Agents at Pegasus Aviation Services are crucial to our operations, responsible for marshalling aircraft at the gate, loading, unloading, and sorting freight and baggage. They also service aircraft lavatories, provide potable water, push back aircraft from the gate, deice aircraft, and perform other delegated duties. RSAs follow established procedures and generally work under the supervision of Customer Service Reps, Supervisors, or Ramp Managers.

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft on the ramp, including directing, assisting, and parking arriving, departing, and towed aircraft.
• Service aircraft as needed, including cabin cleaning and other required services.
• Perform aircraft de-icing / anti-icing.
• Shuttle crew members.
• Load and unload aircraft baggage and cargo.
• Operate all ground service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the safety and security of aircraft.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
