Director of Program Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Program Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Translate program design into actionable operational plans and oversee the execution of program operations

Build and refine systems and workflows for consistent execution across cohorts and regions

Manage a team of Program Coordinators and maintain feedback loops for program design and implementation challenges

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in international NGO or national public sector with a focus on program operations

Proven team management experience with a track record of developing staff and leading teams

Expertise in operational and project management, including logistics and workflow management

Strong data-driven approach to track performance and inform decision-making

Commitment to equity and inclusion in operational systems and team management
