An elementary / middle school campus is seeking a Substitute Paraprofessional to fill coverage needs across classrooms and grade levels. This role supports instructional delivery and student supervision in a flexible, day-to-day capacity.

Responsibilities / Duties :

Assume paraprofessional duties in classrooms during regular staff absences, supporting teachers and students

Provide academic reinforcement to students via small-group or one-on-one assistance

Assist with lesson materials, classroom setup, and organization of learning spaces

Supervise students during transitions, lunches, recess, and other non-instructional periods

Monitor and document student engagement, behavior, and academic progress as directed

Adapt to varying teacher styles, grade levels, and student needs in a fast-changing environment

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional educational training advantageous

Experience in educational support, tutoring, child-care or similar roles preferred

Effective communication, adaptability, reliability, and willingness to take on varied assignments

Professional and supportive attitude toward student learning and classroom culture

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $48.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
