Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Support Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including A / P, A / R, reconciliations, and expense tracking Work with Monthend to ensure accurate financial data is present in QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend for accurate job costing and reporting Process vendor bills and receipts in a timely manner and maintain vendor records Assist with Client Invoicing & contract document preparation Coordinate with the CFO to support monthly and end of year closeout and internal auditingHR & Administrative Support Manage employee records, onboarding documentation, and time tracking in Gusto Assist with Orientation for all new employees, including documentation and obtaining required needs prior to employment Process Payroll biweekly and ensure all contributions & benefits are up to date Assist with benefits coordination and compliance documentation Maintain confidentiality and ensure company policies and records are up to date Support policy implementation and assist with handbook updates Work with managers to ensure all employee reviews are completed as required.
