Key Responsibilities

Lead client management and ensure strategic alignment with client objectives while fostering relationships with stakeholders

Oversee client onboarding and transitions, maximizing account potential and ensuring efficient ad operations

Provide team leadership and development through feedback, coaching, and adherence to performance goals

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a successful campaign execution track record

Management experience is necessary

Expertise in multiple digital platforms and analytics tools

Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across various clients and initiatives
